Happy To Be Happy :


If we've decided and decreed to be a no happy person, we crystallize in a static cocoon of energy that only flows within itself and shortly showers upon us such an unnatural overload of power which eventually bursts. 

That's why we have to learn to be happy in the midst of when we're no happy, to be able to enjoy both dimensions of being. The frequency of no happiness lowers our energy and makes us feel at fault, drained and weak. This in turn further lowers our energy, until the darkest abyss of no happiness. 

There is no way to feel at fault and hold on to it to pull ourselves up. To pull ourselves up, we have to change frequency and dimension and be happy, perhaps starting with just a few seconds, but still starting. This charges us and makes us feel generous, exuberant and strong, which in turn charges and further elevates our energy, up to the highest peaks of happiness.

Happiness is a soul's tautology - you are either happy or no happy - and it does not have a reason to be; it simply is and defined only with itself. It's therefore impossible to compare it and relate it to something else, to make sense of it; happiness is happiness. 

You know happiness; you've definitely had moments where you were happy, and exuding happiness from every pore. That's happiness! It's inside of you! Pull it out of your secret magic hat and let it live, let it be and lead your life, let it be the radiant, flying flag of your soul, radiating like a thousand suns. 

Come when you can, to all those things that remind you of happiness, which are light incitements to your soul, and take mentally advantage of the metaphysical understanding that everything that happens to you is exclusively yours; that the universe is subjective and only you feel what you feel, see what you see, and are what you are. Period.

You are an entity of consciousness, and when you're conscious in front of all the things that come to you, you are able to choose from. This is consciousness; this allows you to make a choice and choose. If you are not in a metaphysical place of happiness, choose to leave and teleport yourself to another dimension of being, that of happiness. 

If you feel trapped in a no happy situation and out of habit, conditioning and vice you stay inside, unable to escape, this, in most cases, is determined by the social context in which you find yourself, people you frequent, education and example you have received, and your choice of being unable to get out. 

In this case, no happiness is your happiness. But this is not so. Whenever you find yourself making this choice and let yourself be carried away by no happiness around the world, you can immediately change it, it's you who choose, and thus enjoy both dimensions of being.
