Winners Have A Recipe For Success - Follow It!

Two eggs and three cups of sugar... Oh... Wait a second... Was that three eggs and 2 cups of sugar? Maybe I should use a handful of that white stuff. I think it's called flour. How big of a handful though? What about nuts?

You want to know what I think? I think someone should write down every thing that I have to do. For example, it would be really helpful if I knew what stuff to mix, how much stuff to mix, and in what order to mix all that stuff. What? Somebody has already done that! And it's called a recipe!

Cool beans! You mean baking can be as simple as carefully following a recipe that someone else has already done all the hard messy work of creating! Awesome! I wished I had known that earlier before I made such a mess out of our kitchen.

Okay, folks, you know I am just joking around a little bit here. Well, I usually do make a mess of the kitchen, however, I knew recipes existed before today. Honestly, I really did! I mean, come on, everyone knows that recipes exist, and that they make our lives easier, right?

Well, the point that I'm really trying to make here is that if chefs have already put their easy-to-follow success secrets down on paper, doesn't it make sense that other masters from other fields have also written down their recipes, even if they don't call them "recipes?"

As a matter of fact, I'm willing to bet that if you look hard enough, that no matter what your dreams are, you can find some master that has shared his or her secrets of success in an easy to follow step-by-step recipe. It's a little bit like the famous Buddhist Proverb. When the student is ready, the recipe (teacher) will appear.

Now teens and even tweens, follow this recipe: Go learn, lead, and lay the way to a better world for all of us. Remember, the secrets of the masters that may have taken them a lifetime to learn can be duplicated by you just like a cake from an easy-to-follow recipe, and hopefully without all the mess. 

Now, all you have to do is find the recipe and carefully follow it one step at a time. And thanks again in advance for all that you do, and all that you will do...
